Here is some tips and tricks from the video:
Start out with moisturizing the lips. Apply lip liner that matches the color of your lips. lining outside of your lip line makes them look bigger but don’t over due it. Fill in your lips with the lip liner.

Then take a pastel color and dab it on the center of the lips for a highlight. After that take a highlight color to highlight your cupids bow. Once you are done highlighting your look is complete.
