Here is some tips and tricks from the video:
Small strokes can create a solid fluid line. Try not to pull your eyes to a taunt.

It can cause sagging and wrinkles. Take any pencil eyeliner and line the lashes line by starting from the middle and out in small strokes.

Now with the cream/gel eyeliner use an angled brush and start in the middle. With the liquid eyeliner small strokes are key to not make the least mistakes. Start from the middle and extend to the outer corner. Once you are done your look is complete.
