Start out by making Little dashes so you make less mistakes and then when your done making the dashes fill the gaps in. To make a cat eye start by making a triangle on the outer corner and then make a line from the triangle to the inner corner. If you want an even faster way to have a cat eye apply eyeliner stickers just peel and apply. Once you are done applying the eyeliner your look is complete.
