The only things you’ll really need is liquid eyeliner and tape. The first step is to take a piece of tape about 3 cm long then apply tape from your outer corner to your eyebrow. Then your going to start applying the eyeliner. Your going to start from the inner corner of your eye then work your way out. After your done applying the liquid liner you can remove the tape and if some of the liner bled through you can easily fix that with a q tip or just with your fingers. Then when you’ve cleaned up your eyeliner your look is complete.
